Water Pollution Control Committee (WPCC)

 

 

The Water Pollution Control Committee of the Town of Clinton was formed to address town sewage issues and satisfy an existing consent decree with the State of Connecticut and CT DEEP.  The commission is working with a consulting engineering firm, CDM Smith and CT DEEP to develop a plan for the Shoreline areas, Rocky Ledge and the downtown area.  

 

These plans will affect homeowners of Harbor View Association and the town as a whole.  It is important that you stay informed of the commission activities as they finalize their plans for presentation/approval to CT DEEP, Clinton Board of Selectman, Clinton Board of Finance and finally public referendum.
