YOGA AT THE BEACH*
Yoga relieves stress, increases flexibility, calms the mind & strengthens the body
Dates: Saturdays or Sundays June through August (watch email for details)
Time: 9 AM (approx. 60 mins)

What to Bring:
Towel and/or mat
An open mind and spirit
$10 per class (50% to the jetty fund and/or social committee fund)
